Brief Narrative: The offender was located regarding an earlier reported Burglary. Upon being detained, the offender had brass knuckles and a serrated steak knife with no handle in his coat. Also, the offender had a wallet that was reported stolen in his front pocket. Offender was arrested for the Burglary, Theft of Property by Lost, Mislaid, or Delivered by Mistake and Possession of a Deadly Weapon by Prohibited Person.

Offender: Jill Jones

Location of Incident: 512 W Louise
Brief Narrative: Jill Jones entered her house, retrieved a butterfly knife, then exited the residence holding the knife in the air and walking towards the victim in the alleyway. Jill made statements about stabbing the victim then proceeded to stab a tire of the vehicle in the driveway. Jill was arrested for Terroristic Threats and Use of a Weapon to Commit a Felony.

Offender: Enrique Rivero Tolon

Location of Incident: 1602 W 2nd St
Brief Narrative: On 4/30/2024 Super Saver Loss Prevention called to report a shoplifting offense of a Hispanic male taking cooking spices and running out of the store when he was contacted. Officers would contact Enrique Rivero Tolon walking away from the store matching the description of the suspect male. Super Saver Loss Prevention would later confirm Rivero Tolon was the suspect in the shoplifting incident. Rivero Tolon was arrested for Shoplifting. Rivero Tolon had multiple other shoplifting convictions as well.

Victim: 5 year old female Incident #: L24042546
Date and Time of Incident: 4/30/24 @ 06:00
Location of Incident: 3111 College St; Apt 114
Brief Narrative: On 4/30/2024 at 1233 hours officer received a report of a 5 year old female who was observed with burn marks on her body. Case is under investigation.
