Loper Softball Camps in Kearney

The Kearney Park and Recreation Department is now taking registrations for the Loper Softball Camp scheduled for Monday, June 3, 2024 from 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m., at Patriot Park. The camp, for players ages 8-16, is led by the University of Nebraska – Kearney coaching staff and players. Players will learn the fundamentals of the game: hitting, pitching, throwing, base running, fielding, and catching. Values and conduct needed to be successful will also be emphasized. Fun games and contests will be included. Players are asked to bring a glove. The cost $35. The registration deadline is Thursday, May 30, 2024.
