A man accused of threatening a protester with a gun during last summer's BLM protests in Grand Island has pleaded no contest to three charges.
Court records show 43 year old Bobby Williamson pleaded no contest to two counts of terroristic threats and one count of criminal attempt with possession of a deadly weapon during a felony.
Williamson is set to be sentenced at 10 a.m. on May 19.
