GI Man Charged With Fake Vaccine Cards
A Grand Island man faces a federal charge of allegedly buying fake COVID-19 vaccine record cards.
Jason C. Olderbak age 34, of Grand Island, Nebraska, is charged with fraudulent use of seals of the United States on COVID vaccination cards on or about July 30, 2022.
Olderbak is set to make his initial appearance in U.S. District Court on Aug. 30.
The maximum possible penalty if convicted is five years’ imprisonment, a $250,000 fine, a three-year term of supervised release, and a $100 special assessment.
