
GI: St Patrick's Day Traffic Stop Leads to Arrest of Three

(Grand Island, NE) - On Friday, March 17th at approximately 2:49 pm a light blue GMC Terrain was observed by GIPD traveling southbound on Broadwell Ave from 17th St. The vehicle was being driven by Michael Reynolds who was known to have an active and confirmed Hall County FTP Warrant. A traffic stop would be conducted near 15th St. and Greenwich St. where Michael was then taken into custody. A search incident to arrest led to the discovery of a dabbing pick, which is known to ingest drugs. A hatchet was observed on the driver's seat. Reynolds is a convicted felon according to his III records. Reynolds also possessed money used during drug transactions and did not have a valid driver’s license.
Caroline Frampton was also contacted in the vehicle as the front seat passenger. A plastic container with broken-up blue pills that were identified as Alprazolam via drugs.com and was located in the passenger area. Caroline would admit to Alprazolam being hers. Prior to being booked in, Caroline would also admit to having Methamphetamine concealed on her person. Rita Keeble who was the back seat passenger left her backpack which contained personal documents. In the backpack, a black pouch, and a butane torch were located. In the black pouch, a plastic baggy containing a crystalline substance was located. This substance was identified as Methamphetamine from training and experience.
Michael Reynolds was arrested for a Hall County FTP Warrant, Possession of a Deadly Weapon by a Prohibited Person (Not a firearm), Possession of Drug Money, No Operators License, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Caroline Frampton was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance (Xanax) and Possession of a Controlled Substance (Meth.)
Rita Keeble was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance (Meth.) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
