Grants For Buckle Up, Every Trip, Every Time Enforcement

The Grand Island Police Department was awarded $4,936.48 to carry our Selective Overtime Enforcement for the Buckle Up, Every Trip, Every Time mobilization campaign from Nov. 22nd to Nov. 26th.  This enforcement will target seatbelt usage to help reduce fatal and serious injury crashes in Nebraska, Hall County, and Grand Island. 

The Hall County Sheriff’s Department was awarded $3,171.68 to carry out the Selective Overtime Enforcement for the Buckle Up, Every Trip, Every Time mobilization campaign from November 22 – 26, 2023. This enforcement will help to reduce fatal and serious related injury crashes in Nebraska.
