2026 KRGI Girl State Wrestling Qualifiers

Girls District Wrestling wrapped up Saturday as 14 girls from the KRGI listening area have qualified for the 2026 NSAA Girls State Wrestling Championship that will take place on February 17th and 18th at the CHI Health Center in Omaha.

Grand Island Senior High is sending 8 girls to Omaha after a 2nd place finish at the A-4 District in Gering

Grand Island Northwest is sending Harmonie Carr from the A-4 Tournament as well as she finishes 4th at 135lbs
