AG's Opinion Overturned By Nebraska Supreme Court

The Nebraska Supreme Court has overturned an appellate court ruling. The decision overturns an opinion by Attorney General Mike Hilgers. That makes LB 50, passed by the Legislature, constitutional.  It's a criminal justice reform bill. See the complete ruling below.
