Aurora BB Sweeps Lakeview

Aurora took a pair from Columbus Lakeview in high school basketball Thursday. The Aurora girls held the Vikings to one field in the first half on the way to a 52-24 win. Kenna Merrihew matched a career high with 16 for Aurora.

The Aurora Boys held off Lakeview 45-37. The Vikings cut a nine point deficit to four in the fourth quarter. Cannon Allen scored 19. Ryan Staehr put in 11. Booker Scheierman added 10.
