Aurora SB Begins Important Week at Blue River

The Aurora softball team is battling for the right to host the B8 Sub-District and for a potential spot in a district final series. Every game looms large in the final two weeks of the regular season. The Huskies are currently tied for 14th in the  Class B Wildcard Standings with fellow B8 competitor Grand Island Central Catholic. York is 18th. Polk County is 25th. The 10 sub-district winners and next six in the wildcard standings make the district final series. 

Aurora (14-7) takes on Blue River (12-10) in David City tonight.  The varsity begins at 6:30. Pregame coverage starts at 6:15 with an interview with RHP Zoe Johnson.
