Pitching dominated a well played game on Monday as Aurora survived Cozad 2-0. Josie Fink fired a two hitter and struck out seven for the Huskies. Sara Howell retired the final 13 she faced after giving up two-unearned runs in the third for the Haymakers.
Kierra Siebrass went 2-3 and knocked in both runs for Aurora.
Coach Ashton Voss spoke after the game on 97.3 the Wolf.
