The Hastings Sodbusters extended their winning streak to four with a double header sweep of the Plainsmen on Tuesday.

Hastings won the opener 7-1. Pitchers dominated the action early. The Sodbusters finally broke through with five runs in the fifth. That was more than enough for Dalton Juden who had a no hitter through 6.1 and allowed only one hit in the game. Ryan Jarvis went 3-3 with an RBI and a run scored. Kale Jensen was 3-3 and knocked in two. Yamato Sato was 2-3 with a two-run double and two runs scored.

The Sodbusters scored four runs in the fifth inning of game two for an 8-6 win. Adam DeBoer worked 4.1 innings of one-hit relief to pick up the win, striking out eight and walking only one. Jarvis's two-run triple tied the game. He scored the go-ahead run on Sawyer Duddleston's RBI single. Duddleson, Drew Vega, Josh Prinner, and Matis Crouwel each had two hits.
