CHI Health Family Health Center in Grand Island opening April 6
GRAND ISLAND – CHI Health Clinic Family Health Center (Grand Island), located at 2530 Sheridan Ave., is set to open its doors to patients at 7 am on Monday, April 6.
Representing a $30 million investment in the Grand Island community, the new 40,165 square-foot Family Health Center consolidates multiple advanced specialties in a single location. These include: priority care, direct primary care, family medicine, internal medicine, gastroenterology, general surgery, infectious disease, physiatry, pulmonology, neurology, neurosurgery and urology.

Memorial Gardens–In recognition and gratitude for those who’ve served our country, the center’s new gardens provide a respite for patients, staff and visitors. The serene and beautifully landscaped space features tribute benches distinctive to each branch of service. The center also offers reserved parking exclusively for active duty service members and veterans.
The new location will house 25 medical professionals currently working across three different clinics near St. Francis. Women’s health and heart care services will continue to operate from their existing locations. These providers include:

Patient appointments concluded at 5 pm, Wednesday, April 1, at the providers' existing sites: 908 N. Howard (Primary, Priority, Internal Medicine and Specialty Care), 705 Orleans Drive (General Surgery and Gastroenterology), and 620 N Alpha St. (Urology). If an urgent patient needs arise during the brief closure required for the move, patients are asked to call (308) 398-5522 to speak with a provider.
