Creighton Men's Basketball Announces BIG EAST Schedule
OMAHA, Neb. -- Creighton Men's Basketball plays three of its first four conference games at home according to the 2026-27 league schedule announced by the BIG EAST Conference on Monday.
Creighton's 14th season in the BIG EAST opens on Dec. 19 with a home game against Villanova before heading to Cincinnati on Dec. 22 for a road game at Xavier. After a nine day holiday break, CU hosts Marquette on New Year's Eve to wrap up 2026.
The Bluejays open 2027 with a home game against Connecticut on Jan. 3 before making the first of three trips to the East Coast for match-ups against Seton Hall (Jan. 6) and Georgetown (Jan. 9).
CU returns home for games against DePaul (Jan. 13) and St. John's (Jan. 16), opening up a stretch of four home games in a six-game span. The stretch included a Jan. 20 visit to Marquette, followed by a game at Villanova a week later (Jan. 27), prior to home games with Georgetown (Jan. 30) and Providence (Feb. 3) that open up the second half of league play.
Creighton plays at Connecticut (Feb. 7) and at St. John's (Feb. 10) before a Super Bowl Sunday home game with Seton Hall (Feb. 14). The site for the UConn game has not yet been announced, while the St. John's game will take place at Madison Square Garden.
Creighton's final five game stretch starts with a visit to Butler (Feb. 17) before hosting Xavier (Feb. 24) a week later following its second bye. The Jays close the year with a game at DePaul (Feb. 27), a home game with Butler (March 2) and a trek to Providence (March 6) to close out the regular-season.
The BIG EAST Tournament, Presented by JEEP, will take place on March 10-13 at Madison Square Garden in New York City.
Start times and broadcast coverage are still being finalized and will be announced in the next few weeks.
