FNBO Invests in the Future of Agriculture with Nearly $40,000 in Donations

FNBO

Omaha, NE, June 16, 2026 – FNBO is investing in the future of agriculture by supporting FFA with donations in Nebraska, Colorado, Illinois, South Dakota and Wyoming, announced Christina Kahler, Vice President, Community Impact at FNBO. The contributions, part of FNBO’s annual tradition celebrating National Ag Week, reflect the bank’s ongoing commitment to investing in agricultural education and creating meaningful learning opportunities for the industry’s next generation.

"Agriculture isn't just an industry we finance, it's a community we're proud to be a part of and support," said Kahler. "Through our partnership with FFA, we’re helping young people explore the diverse career paths agriculture offers while investing in the future of this industry we care deeply about.”

FNBO is continuing to sponsor the Nebraska FFA Launch! Program for the ninth year in a row, with a $12,000 donation. The funds will support the year-long program that serves as a catalyst in entrepreneurship-based education for Nebraska FFA members and agricultural education students. The bank is also continuing its support of the Colorado FFA Foundation with a $2,500 donation to advance agricultural education for Colorado students. Additionally, FNBO is donating $24,450 to over 60 local FFA chapters throughout Nebraska, Illinois, South Dakota and Wyoming.

Beyond financial support, FNBO agribusiness lenders volunteer with over 40 FFA chapters throughout their communities, bringing real-world expertise directly to students pursuing careers in agriculture.

FNBO is the third largest agribusiness lender in the country with a full suite of capabilities to serve ag producers, including lending, payments, insurance and international banking.
