Free Education Series for the Community-Jan. 22

GRAND ISLAND, NE--CHI Health St. Francis, in collaboration with CHI Health Clinic: Nebraska Heart Institute, is hosting a community education session at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 22 in Conference Room 2/3 at the hospital. 

“Your Next Decade is Your Championship Season–Are You Training?” shares insights for a healthier start to the new year, focusing on practicing today for the life you want tomorrow. Presenter Anna Fruehling, licensed health coach, serves as a guide for lasting health and wellness.
