(Hastings, NE) - Grand Island Home Federal Bank defeatedHastings Five Points Bank 9-1 on Tuesday night at Duncan Field, thanks in part to six runs in the fourth inning. Gabe Ruiz was struck by a pitch, driving in a run, Gavin Ruether drew a walk, scoring one run, Brody Davidson hit a sacrifice fly, scoring one run, Kingston Loften singled, scoring two runs; and Brock Cushing singled, scoring one run.

Grand Island Home Federal Bank got on the board in the top of the first inning after Ruether walked, and Davidson singled to left field, each scoring one run.

Grayson Sack earned the win for Grand Island Home Federal Bank 18U. The pitcher allowed one hit and one run over five innings, striking out one and walking two.
