Brief Narrative: On 05/07/2024, officers were made aware of sexually explicit messages being sent between a male of the age of 19 or older and a juvenile female less than age 14 within the city limits of Grand Island, NE. Further information was provided regarding a possible sex assault. The investigation is ongoing. Michael Salas-Ogden was arrested for 1st Deg Sexual Assault.
