Brief Narrative: On 2/20/2026, Officers contacted Shawn Tufino regarding a theft that occurred 2/20/2026. Shawn was arrested for the charge listed below and transported to Hall County Department of Corrections without incident.

Location of Incident: E 16th St
Brief Narrative: On 02/21/26 at 0205 officers were dispatched to a residence on E 16th street reference a Domestic Assault. During the investigation it was determined that Alianah Utley had used a knife to slash her boyfriend of seven years in the face causing significant injuries. Alianah was placed under arrest and booked into the Hall County Jail.

Offense: Traffic Stop Incident # L26022095

Brief Narrative: On 02/23/26 at 0104 a traffic stop was conducted on a dark colored pickup in the area of 18th Street and N. Plum Street. Contact was made with the driver, Ty L. Chanthapatheth. A
Police Service Dog was deployed on a sniff. During this contact, Ty, admitted to possessing a loaded syringe with liquid meth. Ty was placed under arrest and was booked into the Hall County Jail.
