Offense: DUI 3rd Offense
Victim: Incident #: L25012109
Offender: Eladio Quezada Peralta
Date and Time of Incident: 1/25/25 @ 01:15
Location of Incident: 310 E 4th St
Brief Narrative: On 01/25/2025 officers observed a dark colored pickup truck turn eastbound on 4th St from the intersection of 4th St and Sycamore St, disobeying a red light and failing to signal. A traffic stop was conducted at 310 E 4th St, where Eladio Quezada Peralta was identified as the driver of the vehicle. While speaking with officers, Eladio was observed having slurred speech, bloodshot watery eyes, and the odor of alcohol was observed emitting from his person. Eladio admitted to consuming 6 or 7 alcoholic beverages earlier in the evening. While attempting to conduct Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, Eladio admitted he was wrong and drunk. Eladio refused to continue with SFST's. Eladio consented to and provided a failing preliminary breath sample. An administrative records check revealed Eladio did not possess a valid driver's license and had two prior DUI convictions within the last 15 years (11-04-2011 and 07-26-2021). Eladio was placed under arrest, consented to and provided a chemical test of his blood, and arrested for DUI 3rd Offense +.15 and No Operator's License.

Brief Narrative: Victim reported that her black 2018 Jeep Compass was stolen from in front of her home. Case is open.

Date and Time of Incident: 1/24/25 @ 19:20
Location of Incident: 741 N Webb Rd
Brief Narrative: On 1/24/2025 at approximately 1920 hours, Officers were dispatched to 741 N Webb Rd. for a report of a theft. Upon arrival the male victim alleged that his ex-girlfriend arrived at the residence to gather some of her belongings. The victim advised that in the process, she took items that did not belong to her. The victim alleges that she had taken two totes of clothing valued at $500, tattoo equipment valued at $5,000, a tv valued at $200, a tv wall mount valued at $50, (6) Roku cameras valued at $150, and laundry equipment valued at $100. Case is still under investigation

Brief Narrative: On 01/26/25 at 0159 officers attempted to make contact with Erlin A. Flores Bustillo who was in his vehicle at 551 E 19th street. Erlin would flee on foot ignoring commands from officers to stop running. Once placed under arrest officers located a glass pipe used to smoke marijuana on his person. Erlin was found to be impaired by alcohol. Erlin was booked into the Hall County Jail. Nelson Reina-Lopez provided a false name and date of birth and was originally booked at Hall County Corrections as Erlin Flores Bustillo. After being properly identified, an additional charge was added. DUI 1st , Possession Drug Paraphernalia, Obstruction and Criminal Impersonation 1st

Offender: Debora Lopez Alvarez & Miriam Heredia Garcia
Date and Time of Incident: 1/26/25 @ 00:51
Location of Incident: 316 E 2nd St
Brief Narrative: On 1/26/2025 at 0051 hours, GIPD Officers were dispatched to Ay Mi Madre, 316 E 2nd St regarding a disturbance. The investigation of the disturbance revealed that a female and male victim were assaulted with beer bottles during the disturbance. Debora Lopez Alvarez was arrested for 2nd Degree Assault after she hit a male over the head with a beer bottle. Miriam Heredia Garcia was cited for 3rd Degree Assault after it was revealed she assaulted the female victim by pulling her hair. The suspect who hit the female victim with the bottle is unknown at this time.
Arrested: Debora Lopez Alvarez- 2nd Degree Assault and Use a Weapon to Commit a Felony Cited- Miriam Heredia Garcia- 3rd Degreed Assault.

Offender: Eleazar Martinez, Rosie Martinez, Michael Martinez, Lasaro Casares
Date and Time of Incident: 1/25/25 @ 11:08
Location of Incident: 1003 E 7th St
Brief Narrative: On 1/25/2025 at approximately 11:08 am officer responded to 1003 E 7th St. reference wanted person. A search warrant was served on the residence and Eleazar Martinez who was found to have multiple Hall County warrants for his arrest. Upon GIPD arrival, Eleazar ran from outside the home, to an entry/exit door on the west side of the home. While running to the door, Eleazar was given commands to stop by police but, refused all police commands. Eleazar later exited the residence at the direction of police and was arrested. Rosie Martinez was also placed under arrest due to harboring and denying Eleazar being at the residence when asked by police. She was also transported to Hall County Corrections and booked in without incident. Michael Martinez was also contacted outside hiding in a shed and denied Eleazar was living with them at the 1003 E 7th address. Michael was placed under arrest due to harboring and denying Eleazar being at the residence when asked by police.

Victim: 20 yr old female & 2 yr old male Incident #: L25012157
Date and Time of Incident: 1/25/25 @ 18:30
Location of Incident: 415 S Cherry St; Apt F32
Brief Narrative: On 01/25/2025 officers responded to 415 S Cherry St, Apt F32, reference a weapon offense call for service. Upon arrival, the reporting party advised her adult brother forcibly entered her apartment, brandished a firearm, making threats. The reporting party stated her and her juvenile son sustained injuries during the course of the disturbance. This investigation is still ongoing and active.

Brief Narrative: On 01/26/2025, officers attempted to contact Christopher Diaz at Cherry Park Apartments. Prior to police contact, Diaz ran out of the apartment. He was located in the 600B of Meves Ave. Diaz was arrested for his two warrants and arrested for:

Offense: Attempted Robbery / Terroristic Threats
Victim: 58 yr old male Incident #: L25012209
Date and Time of Incident: 1/26/25 @ 13:20
Location of Incident: 520 E 10th St
Brief Narrative: A male at 520 E 10th St reported being threatened with a firearm over money. Suspect threatened victim with a shotgun by pointing it at him, discharged it towards an occupied dwelling, attempted to use force to obtain money and broke a window to the residence. Suspect fled the scene prior to Officers arrival. Investigation is ongoing.
