Brief Narrative: On 9-8-25 at approximately 0210 hrs, officers responded to a report of gun shots. An investigation was completed, and it was determined vehicles were damaged and a residence was struck. The investigation is on-going.

Offender: 36 yr old male & 36 yr old female
Date and Time of Incident: between 9/13/25 & 9/14/25
Location of Incident: Within City Limits
Brief Narrative: On 09-14-2025 at approximately 14:25 hours a belated sexual assault of a child was reported at 111 Public Safety Dr. that occurred within city limits of Grand Island. The suspect was identified as the offender who touched, fondled, and submitted his stepdaughter to repeated sexual intercourse since her early age of 9 years old. Due to the suspect’s medical issues an arrest warrant was drafted for his arrest.

Brief Narrative: On 9/18/2025, officers were advised of a road rage incident that occurred at the intersection of Hwy. 281 and Stolley Park Rd. in which a driver, later identified by IA CDL as Scott Pape, had brandished a firearm in a threatening manner. Officers located Scott's vehicle and initiated a high risk traffic stop. Scott was ultimately taken into custody for:

Offense: Theft / Criminal Mischief
Victim: Equitable Bank Incident #: L25091825
Date and Time of Incident: between 9/17/25 & 9/18/25
Location of Incident: 619 N Diers
Brief Narrative: Equitable Bank reported an unknow person entered the ATM causing damage to the machine. When the ATM was opened it was confirmed the hard drive was removed and missing. Case is open.
