Offense: Sex Offense
Victim: Incident #: L25021582
Offender: Ricky Ramirez
Date and Time of Incident: 2/18/25 @ 14:21
Location of Incident: 704 W 2nd St
Brief Narrative: On 02/17/25 and 02/18/25 a male, later identified as 40 year old Ricky Ramirez, conversed with a juvenile who identified themselves as a 14 year old female. Ricky asked the 14 year old to meet up in person and engage in sexual acts. Ricky also asked the 14 year old to produce child pornography and send it to him. Ricky identified a meet up location and time. Ricky arrived at the designated meet up location and was subsequently arrested for Enticement by Electronic Device; Sexual Assault FELONY X 2 Counts and Sex Trafficking of a Minor FELONY X 2 Counts.

Offender: Jayden Payton

Location of Incident: 2503 S Locust St
Brief Narrative: Officers observed a 2001 white Jeep Grand Cherokee traveling an excess speed on S Locust St. A traffic stop was conducted on 2503 S Locust St. Ramada Inn. As the vehicle turned the driver used his left hand to signal instead of using the vehicle's turn signal. The driver was identified as Jayden Payton by his NE driver's license. A records check showed Jayden has a suspended driver's license. Jayden failed to inform Officers he had a firearm in his possession. A records check showed the firearm Jayden had in the vehicle was stolen. Jayden was placed under
arrest.Jayden performed standardized field sobriety test and showed impairment. Jayden provided as passing preliminary breath test. Upon completion of a DRE evaluation, Jayden was arrested for:

Victim: Incident #: L25021735
Offender: Isaiah Pokorney
Date and Time of Incident: 2/20/25 @ 19:42
Location of Incident: 1603 N Vine St
Brief Narrative: On 02/20/2025, Isaiah Pokorney was contacted at 1603 N Vine. Isaiah is known to have an active Lancaster County warrant. Isaiah's warrants were confirmed, and he was arrested and booked into HCDC for Hold for Transport 00-000 IV FO Lancaster County CR23-635.

Victim: Aaron’s Rent to Own Incident #: L25021702
Date and Time of Incident: between 10/1/24 & 11/19/24
Location of Incident: 2824 S Locust
Brief Narrative: Offender rented to own three different items on three different days. Offender did not make any payments and the company has attempted numerous times to contact the offender to either have him return the items or make payments. The offender was sent a certified letter to pay for the items or to return them. The offender refused and told the company to turn it over to the
police. Case is open.

Offense: Fraud
Victim: 38 yr old female Incident #: L25021733
Date and Time of Incident: between 5/1/24 & 2/20/25
Location of Incident: 311 E 15th St
Brief Narrative: On 02-20-2025 at approximately 1845 hours, officer contacted an adult female at the Law Enforcement Center in reference to a threatening. It was reported that a male was scamming the reporting party, and her total loss is approximately $4200. Case is open.

Offense: Sexual Assault
Victim: 53 yr old female Incident #: L25021734
Date and Time of Incident: between 2/1/24 & 2/20/25
Location of Incident: Within City Limits
Brief Narrative: Victim advised a known male had sexual assaulted her. Investigation is ongoing.
