Offense: Theft / Criminal Mischief *** UPDATE *** 
Victim: Equitable Bank Incident #: L25091825 
Offender: Wildermala Marquez Brea and Orlando Mirabal 
Date and Time of Incident: between 9/17/25 & 9/18/25 
Location of Incident: 619 N Diers 
Brief Narrative: Equitable Bank reported an unknow person entered the ATM causing damage to the machine. When the ATM was opened it was confirmed the hard drive was removed and missing. Case is open. Due to the NSP having stopped the offenders on a traffics stop, Wildermala Marquez Brea and Orlando Mirabal were both arrested and charged with Criminal Mischief and Attempt of a Class II Felony.

Location of Incident: 521 N Vine St 
Brief Narrative: Luke Pfeifer was contacted by officers at 512 N Vine St in Grand Island NE. Luke was subsequently arrested for his active Hall County Fail to appear warrant. Luke Pfeifer was transported to Hall county department of corrections without incident for his: Hall County Warrant: FTA; Jail Sanction; Attempt of a Felony III. #29-426 (MIS III)

Offender: Misty Ramos & Natalia Ramos

Location of Incident: Old Potash Hwy & N Blaine St 
Natalia had an active Hall County Warrant and was placed under arrest. Misty had an active Hall County Warrant. Misty was placed under arrest for the warrant as well as Obstructing a police officer and resisting arrest. Arrested- Misty Ramos Hall County Warrant (CR25-2732)- Assault 28-310 MO I Resisting Arrest 2nd Offense 28-904 FO III Obstructing a police officer 28-906 MO I Arrested- Natalia Ramos Hall County Warrant (CR25-2734)- Assault 28-310 MO I

Offender: 15 yr old male
Date and Time of Incident: 9/19/25 @ 09:05
Location of Incident: 3033 W Capital Ave; Apt 27
 Brief Narrative: Victim reported being threatened by her neighbor with a knife. A 15 year old was identified as the offender. Arrested: Juvenile Terroristic threats, 28-311.01, IIIA FO Use of a weapon to commit a felony, 28-1205, II FO

Offender: Michael Ortiz Corpeno
Date and Time of Incident: 9/19/25 @ 12:07
Location of Incident: 2301 W 2nd St
 Brief Narrative: On 09/19/2025, GIPD executed a search warrant at 2301 W 2nd St. #11, for wanted subject Michael Ortiz Corpeno. Ortiz was located inside the room, and he walked into the bathroom and shut the door. Once he came out of the bathroom he was taken into custody. During the search of the room, numerous pipes for smoking methamphetamine were located and inside the toilet was a small baggie which is consistent with small packaging for methamphetamine had been ripped open and dumped into the toilet. Michael Ortiz Corpeno was arrested for: FTA: DDS 29-426 II MO FTA: Leaving scene of accident 29-426 II MO FTA: Burglary 29-426 II FO ***NEW*** Tampering with physical evidence 28-922 IV FO

Victim: Central NE Federal Credit Union Incident #: L25091885 
Date and Time of Incident: between 8/17/25 & 9/19/25
Location of Incident: 1757 S Arthur St
 Brief Narrative: Party came to the police station to report they had mailed a check to pay a bill. It was found the check was stolen and then altered and deposited into an ATM. The Party was refunded the money by the financial institution. Case is open.

Victim: 31 yr old male, 55 yr old female, 6 yr old female, 31 yr old female, 4 yr old male, infant female Incident #: L25092056 
Date and Time of Incident: 9/20/25 @ 16:20
Location of Incident: 1711 Sylvan St
Brief Narrative: On 09/20/2025, officers responded to 1711 Sylvan St regarding a burglary. Investigation is open.

Victim: 28 yr old male Incident #: L25092031 
Date and Time of Incident: 9/20/25 @ 14:00
Location of Incident: 3020 E Bismark Rd
 Brief Narrative: On 09/20/2025 at 1457 hours officers responded to 3020 Bismark Rd. E. for a reported disturbance. Upon arrival contact was made with the homeowner who relayed that a male known to him entered his fenced in back yard and stole two fishing poles worth $100. The victim also advised that the suspect entered his home through a closed door and stole $500 in cash. The suspect was said to have fled the scene prior to officers' arrival.

Offender: Leon J Reyes 
Date and Time of Incident: 9/22/25 @ 01:58
Location of Incident: 911 Allen Dr 
Brief Narrative: On 09/22/2025 at approximately 0159 hours, an officer observed a suspicious vehicle at Home Depot, 911 Allen Drive. Officers contacted Leon Reyes and his passenger. Reyes was arrested for Possession of Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. 

Offense: Burglary
Victim: 17 yr old female Incident #: L25092154 
Date and Time of Incident: between 9/20/25 & 9/21/25
Location of Incident: 2004 N Wheeler, Apt 5B 
Brief Narrative: On Sunday, September 21, 2025, officers responded to 2004 N Wheeler Ave, Apt 5B, to the report of a burglary. On scene it was found that a door was damaged, and it was reported items had been stolen. Investigation is on-going.
