Offense: Sex Offense

Offender: Esvin Oxlaj-Aguilar

Location of Incident: 1420 S Locust St
Brief Narrative: On 01/30/24 Esvin conversed with what he believed to be a 12 year old female via social media. During the course of the day on 01/30/24, Esvin attempted numerous times to entice the juvenile female into leaving school and getting into a vehicle with him. Around 1330 on 01/30/24, Esvin advised what he believed to be the 12 year old female, that he wanted to meet with her and have sex. Subsequently, Esvin arrived at a designated location to meet with the juvenile female. Esvin was then apprehended by officers. During a search incident to arrest, a white crystalized substance was located in Esvin's pocket. Esvin admitted during a Miranda interview to the substance being methamphetamine. Esvin Oxlaj-Aguilar was arrested for Enticement by Electronic Device, Criminal Child Enticement and Possession of a Controlled Substance.

Offender: Cassandra Wilber

Brief Narrative: Cassandra Wilber was arrested after she forced open the door to her boyfriend's apartment by breaking the door jamb and then put him in fear by threatening him with a knife during which confrontation he received a minor laceration on his finger. Cassandra Wilber was arrested for Burglary, Terroristic Threats, Use Of Weapon To Commit A Felony.

Offender: Stephen Nielsen

Location of Incident: 3436 S Locust
Brief Narrative: On 01-31-2024 at approximately 0058 hours, officers respond to 3436 S Locust St, Pump and Pantry, for a report of a male passed out in his truck. Officers made contact with the male identified by his Nebraska driver's license as Stephen Nielsen. Officers observed a glass meth pipe in the cup holder in his vehicle. Officers asked Stephen to exit his vehicle and he refused. Stephen then grabbed meth from near the glass meth pipe and then ingested it. Officers opened the door after multiple commands to exit and pulled Stephen from the vehicle. Stephen would try to stay in the vehicle and would make it difficult for officers top put him into handcuffs. Stephen Nielsen was cited for Possession or Use Drug Paraphernalia Tamper with Physical Evidence, Resist Arrest-1st Offense and Obstruct a Peace Officer.
