Location of Incident: 192 Stoeger Dr
Brief Narrative: On 02/01/2024, Officers responded to a welfare check of two juvenile kids at 192 Stoeger Drive. It was reported there was current drug use in the home, by the mother Jasmine Bromlow. Upon arrival, Jasmine allowed officers into the home. While in the home, Jasmine willingly provided officers with two Xanax pills, a controlled substance. Jasmine admitted she was provided the pills by someone else. Jasmine also admitted to smoking methamphetamine inside the residence while her kids were in a different room of the home. Jasmine was arrested for Possession of Controlled Substance Possession of Drug
Paraphernalia and her three juvenile children were placed in a 48 hour hold.

Location of Incident: 220 W Capital Ave
Brief Narrative: An investigative traffic stop was conducted on a white Ford F150 bearing a Colorado plate in reference to a stalking call for service. The driver and lone occupant of the Ford was identified as Gregory Gauthier. Upon contacting Gregory the odor of marijuana was detected coming from the vehicle and a probable cause search was completed. The search resulted in recovering marijuana, methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia used to ingest the mentioned substances. Gregory was arrested for Possession of Controlled Substance (Meth), Possession of Marijuana less than 1 oz and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Offender: Brandon Marshall

Location of Incident: 3533 Prairieview St
Brief Narrative: On 2/1/2024 at approximately 0347 hours, Officers responded to Regional Medical Center located at 3533 Prairieview St. reference an agency assist with NSP for a combative male. Officers arrived and observed NSP and Regional Medical Center Security attempting to control Brandon Marshall. As GIPD Officer attempted to assist, Brandon would kick GIPD Officer in the chest, causing bodily harm, and knocking his body camera off his chest. Brandon would then physically resist Officers and fight with them while being taken into custody. Brandon Marshall was arrested for Assault on an Officer and Resisting Arrest.

Victim: 42 year old female Incident #: L24012330
Date and Time of Incident: between 1/27/24 & 1/28/24
Location of Incident: 611 E 4th St
Brief Narrative: On 1-31-2024 at or around 1520 hrs, an Officer responded to 2620 Faidley Ave in reference to an assault call for service. It was reported two individuals assaulted a female at Primo's Night Club on 1-27-2024. During the course of the investigation, it was determined, the victim received serious bodily injury to her face. Case is open.
