Offense: Felony Warrant Incident # L26031927
Person Involved: Juan D Nila, Grand Island
Date and Time Reported: 3/20/26 9:58 pm
Location of Incident: N. Darr Ave
Brief Narrative: On 03/20/2026, at approximately 22:26 hours, Officers responded to a residence on N. Darr Ave N for a report of a Wanted Person. Upon arriving, Juan Nila was contacted and identified by his Nebraska ID card. Juan had an active and confirmed Federal Warrant. Juan was arrested and transported to Hall County Corrections and booked in without incident.

Brief Narrative: Victim reported a customer to have attempted to pass a counterfeit $100 bill to pay for merchandise from the store. The case is still under investigation.

Brief Narrative: Officers responded to a residence on Wainwright St in reference to burglary. Case
is under investigation.
Burglary 28-507 II FO

Offense: DUI/Drugs Incident # L26031955
Person Involved: Alyshia M. Peterson, Sutton
Date and Time Reported: 3/21/26 10:28 am
Location of Incident: W. Old Potash Hwy
Brief Narrative: Alyshia Peterson was contacted as the driver of a vehicle as it was parked in the parking lot of Pump and Pantry. Alyshia's vehicle was running with the key in the ignition.
Alyshia's movements were sluggish and her eyes were bloodshot. Alyshia showed impairment during SFSTs and provided a PBT sample of pass. Alicia was taken to LEC where a DRE performed an evaluation and determined Alyshia to not be safe to operate a motor vehicle. A white crystal like substance was found in Alyshia's possession, which was later determined to be Methamphetamine. Also in Alyshia's possession there were counterfeit dollar bills which were intended to be used in making purchases.
