Offense: Terroristic Threats
Victim: 14 year old female & 9 year old male Incident #: L24021073
Offender: Janet Cochran
Date and Time of Incident: 2/13/24 @ 17:00
Location of Incident: Dodge St & S Sycamore St
Brief Narrative: On 2/13/2024 at 1729 hours Officers responded to 1020 Plum St S reference threatening. It was reported by a juvenile male and juvenile female that Janet Cochran was attempting to run them over. It was reported that juvenile female was feuding with Janet's granddaughter. Juvenile female reports that the granddaughter would get into a white vehicle with Janet and drive beside them aggressively as they were walking on the sidewalk. It was reported that Janet swerved to the opposite side of the road, hit the curb and almost ran over the juvenile male's foot. Both the juvenile male and female report feeling scared and feared they were going to get ran over. Janet would admit she did follow the juveniles as they were walking and drove up onto the curb at one point in attempt to scare them so they would leave her granddaughter alone. A white Chevrolet Equinox would be located in the driveway of Janet's residence of 319 E Dodge St. Janet would show officers were the incident took place on the 900 block of S Sycamore St. Tire marks consistent with the juveniles report would be observed along the curb of the road. It was found that Janet had reckless disregard of the risk of causing such terror to the juveniles by using her vehicle to scare them. Janet would be placed under arrest for Terroristic Threats x2 and Use of a Weapon to Commit a Felony x2.

Offense: Domestic Assault
Victim: Incident #: L24021043
Offender: Shara Michaelson & Chase Muir
Date and Time of Incident: 2/13/24 @ 07:15
Location of Incident: 604 W Louise St
Brief Narrative: Shara Michaelson came to the police station and reported being physically assaulted by her domestic partner, Chase Muir. Shara had visible signs of being assaulted and left the police station to seek medical attention at the hospital. Chase advised Shara was the main aggressor in the incident. Chase advised Shara "head butted" in in the nose, they slapped each other, and he pushed her to the ground. Chase had visible signs of injury consistent with his statement. Chase Muir was arrested for Third Degree Domestic Assault With Prior Shara Michaelson was arrested for Third Degree Domestic Assault With Prior.

Offense: Burglary
Victim: 34 year old male & 29 year old male Incident #: L24021097
Date and Time of Incident: between 2/13/24 & 2/14/24
Location of Incident: 418 N Wheeler, Apt 2A
Brief Narrative: On 02/14/2024 at 0101 hrs Officers were dispatched to 418 Wheeler Ave N 2A in reference to a burglary call for service. It was reported that the door was forced open and items of value are missing estimated at $2,500.
