Location of Incident: S Locust St & W Ashton Ave
Brief Narrative: On 04/11/2025 at approximately 0037 hours, Officers conducted a traffic stop traveling in the area of Locust and Ashton and contacted the driver identified as Taryn Devault. Taryn showed signs of gross impairment during the traffic stop. An administrative records check showed Taryn to have 3 prior convictions for Driving Under the Influence in the last 15 years. While searching Taryn's vehicle, Officer found three open bottles of alcohol underneath the driver's and passenger's seat. Taryn was arrested for DUI 4th Offense and Possession of an Open Container.

Offender: Torrey Shearer
Date and Time of Incident: 4/10/25 @ 18:20
Location of Incident: 910 N Boggs Ave
Brief Narrative: On April 10, 2025, at approximately 6:20 PM, officers were called to the parking lot of 910 N Boggs Ave in regard to a disturbance. Torrey Shearer was contacted there and ultimately placed under arrest for assault and disturbing the peace involving multiple victims.
Torrey Shearer arrested for Domestic Assault 3rd Deg (2nd violation), Tampering With Witness,
Assault 3rd Deg Menacing Threats and Disturbing the Peace.

Offender: Brent Willard

Location of Incident: 3632 S Locust
Brief Narrative: On 04/10/2025 GI Probation office requested officer assistance. During a probation search, the probation officer located drug paraphernalia. Brent Willard stated the item was used to ingest a controlled substance. An officer conducted a field test at LEC, which resulted in a presumptive positive for psilocybin. Brent Willard was arrested and transported to Hall County Department of Corrections and booked in for Possession of Controlled Substance.

Victim: Larson Brothers Construction Incident #: L25040969
Date and Time of Incident: between 1/27/25 & 3/19/25
Location of Incident: 3134 Hwy 34
Brief Narrative: Business reported sometime since January, an industrial masonry saw with diamond tipped blades and two power cords were stolen from a construction site at Central Community College in Grand Island.
