Brief Narrative: Juvenile male was contacted during a probation search. Juvenile male was found to be in possession of a large amount of THC Vape Devices. Juvenile male was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Distribute. Juvenile male pulled away from officers during the arrest process. Juvenile male was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance (THC) with Intent to Distribute and Resisting Arrest.

Offense: Shoplifting
Victim: Walgreens Incident #: L25041746
Offender: Mohamud Hussein
Date and Time of Incident: 4/18/25 @ 14:41
Location of Incident: 1515 W 2nd St
Brief Narrative: On 4-18-2025 at around 1441 hrs, Mohamud Hussein entered Walgreens and selected 3 boxes of headphones and placed them into his book bag. When confronted by the store manager, Hussein took two pairs of headphones from his backpack and provided them to the store manager before leaving. While being contacted leaving the area, Hussein was found with one pair of headphones in his backpack. Hussein walked past all points of sale without attempting to pay for the pair of headphones found in his backpack. Hussein was also found with an open bottle of an alcoholic beverage in his backpack while being contacted by police. He was arrested and booked into Hall County Corrections. Due to Hussein having three prior convictions for theft/shoplifting he was charged with a Felony Shoplifting.

Victim: 37 yr old female Incident #: L25041775
Offender: Brandon Gardner
Date and Time of Incident: 4/18/25 @ 19:25
Location of Incident: 2610 S Locust
Brief Narrative: Brandon Gardner caused bodily injury to his significant other. During a search incident to arrest of his person and property, drug paraphernalia and an axe was located. Gardner was arrested for Domestic Assault - Bodily Injury, Possession of a Deadly Weapon by a Prohibited Person and Drug Paraphernalia.

Offense: Terroristic Threats
Victim: 45 yr old male Incident #: L25041801
Offender: Brandon Gardner
Date and Time of Incident: 4/18/25 @ 19:00
Location of Incident: Stagecoach & S Locust
Brief Narrative: A male reported that a male who lives near him threatened to kill him, while he was waving around an axe. The male suspect is a convicted felon. Gardner was arrested for Terroristic Threats, Use of a Deadly Weapon to Commit a Felony and Possession of a Deadly Weapon by a Prohibited Person.

Brief Narrative: Reporting Party reported multiple tools stolen from his job site valued at around $7,300. This is the second theft reported within 10 days.

Offender: Abraham Mendieta Endara
Date and Time of Incident: 4/19/25 @ 12:50
Location of Incident: 405 N Pine St
Brief Narrative: On 4-19-2025 at around 12:50 pm , officer responded to the listed above location reference a Counterfeit-Check incident. The officer arrived on scene and made contact with the reporting party and the suspect. The suspect who presented multiple ID's with multiple names advised that his real name was Abraham Mendieta Endara. Abraham advised that he was not able to work in the United States and was looking to cash the check and leave town. Abraham admitted to using a fake Arkansas identification card and presented the fake check to the clerk to attempt to cash it for cash. Due to Abraham having no ties to the community, no real address and also advising that his home is in Honduras, he was placed under arrest for Criminal Possession of a Forgery Device and Forgery x2.
