Brief Narrative: On 04/21/2025, Officers were contacted by an adult female in the area of 13th and Claude Rd. who reported Roxanne White had threatened to kill her multiple times. Roxanne White was arrested for Terroristic threats.

Offender: Abdalla Alnour

Location of Incident: 819 W 5th St
Brief Narrative: On 04-21-2025 at approximately 2125 hours, officers respond to 4th and Eddy St in reference to an assault. Officer located a male behind a residence 812 W 4th St with injuries laying on the ground. A male identified by his Nebraska ID card as Abdalla Alnour was located across the alley in his vehicle. Abdalla pulled a knife out on the victim telling him he was not supposed to be there. The victim threw a stick at Abdalla that was lying nearby. Abdalla chased the victim, and he fell in a backyard. Abdalla pinned him down to the ground stating he was going to cut his neck. Abdalla
attempted to stab the victim three times with the knife cutting his left ring finger on the third attempt. The witness advised that she saw Abdalla holding a knife to the victim's neck. Abdalla Alnour was arrested for Assault 2ndDeg, Terroristic Threats, Attempt of a Class 2 Felony, and Use of a Deadly Weapon.

Brief Narrative: On 04/21/2025 officers received a report of a theft of an electric bicycle from 1404 W 2nd street on 04/18/2025. The bike has been valued at $2000.00. Case is open.
