Brief Narrative: On 04/22/25, officers observed an SUV not conduct a complete stop at a stop sign. A traffic stop was conducted near the intersection of Frontage Rd and Industrial Ln. Bryan Ellington was identified as the driver by his Nebraska identification card. An administrative records check revealed Bryan had a revoked driver's license. Bryan was arrested for Driving During Revocation and Stop sign violation.

Date and Time of Incident: between 4/16/25 & 4/19/25
Location of Incident: 516 E 16th St
Brief Narrative: Victim saw a vehicle for sale online in a social media marketplace. The victim thought it was being sold by someone she knew but found out later the social media account had been taken over by a third party. The money was wired from the victim’s bank to an account. There was no car for sale. Case is open.
