Brief Narrative: On 04/23/2025, Officers contacted Michael Haynie in reference to a domestic assault. A records check was conducted of Michael which showed Michael to be a convicted felon; he was found to be in possession of a pocketknife with an overall blade that exceeded legal length and had been reported to have used the knife during this incident. Michael was arrested and transported to Hall County Corrections, where methamphetamine was found on Michael's person. Michael was charged and booked for Possession Deadly Weapon-Prohibited Person and Possession Controlled Substance.

Brief Narrative: Officer observed a vehicle with an expired registration near E 3rd/Sycamore St. Officer activated their emergency lights. The vehicle fled from the traffic stop and violated a stop sign at E 3rd/Oak St. The driver of the vehicle has been identified and has a previous flight to avoid arrest conviction. Investigation to continue.

Brief Narrative: A juvenile female reported possible sex trafficking. The juvenile was placed in a 48 hour hold. Case is under investigation.

Victim: 27 yr old female, 30 year old male Incident #: L25042217

Location of Incident: 123 W 13th St
Brief Narrative: On 04/23/2025, Officers were dispatched to 123 13th St W for reported domestic assault call for service. Female victim reported that she was assaulted, and her vehicle was damaged by male subject. Male subject reported that female attempted to strike him with her vehicle.
