Location of Incident: W State St & Sherman Blvd
Brief Narrative: A traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle for a traffic violation. The driver (Henry Lima Vargas) was contacted and arrested for the 1st Degree Forgery, Criminal Impersonation, No Operators License, No Valid Registration and Fail to signal before 100ft.

Location of Incident: 777 Fonner Park Rd
Brief Narrative: Officers were dispatched to Fonner Park Casino for a female harassing patrons and refusing to leave. The female was identified as Roxanne White from previous police contacts. White was arrested for trespassing. Once at the jail, White physically resisted arrest and threatened to assault the officer. White was arrested for Criminal Trespass 2nd Degree and Resisting Arrest2nd/Subsequent.

Location of Incident: 1108 S Clark St
Brief Narrative: On 04/28/25, officers located Alex Cruz, who was a known individual with active warrants, at the residence of 1108 S Clark St. When officers pulled into the driveway, Alex fled on foot. While Alex was running from officers, they identified themselves and told him to stop. Alex continued running and was later arrested just north of the residence. After being arrested for his warrants and resisting arrest, a search incident to arrest revealed Alex had a crystal-like substance within his wallet. Alex informed officers it was methamphetamine, which was later confirmed after being tested. Alex was booked into Hall County Corrections for his Warrant, Resisting Arrest, and Possession of a Controlled Substance.
