Sierra Curths, Homeless, 30 years old; Chad Faubion, Homeless, 49 years old

Location of Incident: N Clark St
Brief Narrative: Angelic Oili, Sierra Curths, Chad Faubion and Archie Byrd were found to be living in a vacant property without the consent of the homeowner. The individuals were using the electricity and plumbing systems of the residence, knowing that they were not paying for the services. Curths failed to comply with initial commands but would eventually exit the residence. Faubion and Byrd failed to comply with lawful orders to exit the property and were later taken into custody. A meth pipe was located on Byrd. The listed persons were subsequently arrested, and eventually transported to Hall County Department of Corrections.

Brief Narrative: On 08/31/26 at 2218 officers conducted a traffic stop on a Chevy Suburban for failure to signal a turn. The driver of the vehicle, Bradley Schaffer, was placed under arrest. Methamphetamine and paraphernalia were located in his vehicle.

Brief Narrative: Reporting party reported a vehicle that was parked in front of the residence that belonged to a friend was missing. The vehicle was located three blocks east improperly parked. Vehicle was released to the reporting party and the owner contacted by phone.

Brief Narrative: Victim reported on 08/30/2026, his stolen credit card had been used to make purchases at the Best Buy store in Grand Island.
