Offense: Drugs Incident # L26090036
Person Involved: Alexis Stone, Lincoln, NE 31 yrs old; Matthew Ramirez, Lincoln, NE 43 yrs old

Location of Incident: Stuhr Rd S
Brief Narrative: Reporting party called two people in at 2028 E. US Hwy 30 9 (Pump & Pantry) for suspicious activity. RP advised the subjects were making customers nervous, coming in and out of the building, and advised she believed the subjects were under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol. RP advised subjects were leaving in a white Dodge Ram and were stopped facing southbound at the Stuhr Rd. intersection of US Hwy 30. Officer observed vehicle proceed southbound on Stuhr Rd. Vehicle had motor vehicle violations of having no license plates, no intransit papers, and front side windows had nontransparent reflective material that completely
obstructed the view into the truck's cab. A traffic stop was conducted on the vehicle, and it
stopped at 510 S. Stuhr Rd. Driver identified self as Matthew J. Ramirez by an online copy off of
his phone of a newly renewed NE OLN. Ramirez could not provide proper paperwork of ownership
of vehicle or proof of purchase. Ramirez was checked through GIEC and he had 7 Pottawattamie
County, IA warrants, which was later confirmed. Ramirez had possession of drug paraphernalia
and a controlled substance on his person during the arrest. A female front seat passenger,
identified as Alexis Stone, was also checked through GIEC and had an active Lancaster County
warrant. Alexis Stone was arrested and also in possession of drug paraphernalia and a controlled
substance. A third passenger was released from the traffic stop.
