Brief Narrative: On 09/03/26, officers responded to the area of 4th and Walnut and contacted a male who was bleeding from his head. Kody Bromley was contacted during this incident and was arrested.

Person Involved: Sarah Larson, Grand Island, 54 years old

Brief Narrative: On 09/03/2026 officers responded to Island Auto regarding a report of a female breaking multiple car windows on the lot. Officers contacted Sarah Larson, who was identified by her Nebraska driver’s license, who was on scene. Officers’ investigation determined probable cause to arrest Sarah, who was transported to HCC without issue.
