Brief Narrative: Juan Francisco Garcia was contacted near the area of 17th St and Wheeler Ave,
after his girlfriend reported he punched her multiple times and physically assaulted her child. Juan
was subsequently placed under arrest and booked into the Hall County Department of
Corrections.
