Offender: Hector Martinez Perez

Location of Incident: 111 Villa Mar Dee Ave
Brief Narrative: On 11-7-2024 at or around 0800 hrs, Officers responded to 111 Villa Mar Dee in reference to a domestic disturbance call for service. It was reported, Hector Martinez Perez struck his intimate partner in the face during an argument causing bodily injury. Hector then grabbed a knife and threatened to kill her. Hector forced the victim into a vehicle, while having the knife in his
possession, in order to take her to a different location. Once at the separate location, Hector restrained the victim inside physically. As the argument progressed, Hector raised the knife above the victim as if he was going to stab her terrorizing the second victim. A third party was able to talk Hector into giving her the knife. Hector was later arrested for Third Degree Domestic Assault, Attempted First Degree Domestic Assault, Terroristic Threats x2, Kidnapping and Use of a Weapon to Commit a Felony.

Brief Narrative: A fraud was reported involving a business check written for $48,940 being deposited in Texas. Case is under investigation.
