Brief Narrative: On 09/14/2026 at 1352 hours an officer of the Grand Island Police Department located a male identified as Jon Ostermeier sitting in a vehicle in the driveway. It was known that Jon had an active Hall County Warrant. Jon was placed under arrest and later booked into Hall County Corrections without incident.

Brief Narrative: On 9-14-2026 14:04 hrs, officers responded to the listed above location, reference David Dotty kicking the victim’s apartment door and causing damage along with making threats to kill the female victim as well. David was contacted and admitted to coming to the victim’s door kicking it and was cursing at the victim. David was arrested and booked into Hall County
