Offender: Armando Saenz

Location of Incident: 704 W 17th St
Brief Narrative: At approximately 1224 5/29/25, Officers confirmed Armando Saenz was inside the residence of 704 17th ST W. Armando was known to have active and confirmed Hall County Warrants. Officers gave Armando loud verbal commands to exit the residence. Armando eventually exited the residence and was placed under arrest. He was transported and booked into Hall County jail on the above warrant. The warrant was cleared from NCIC.

Victim: 41 yr old female Incident #: L25052947
Offender: Hernan Serrano
Date and Time of Incident: 5/29/25 @ 18:00
Location of Incident: 403 S Pine St
Brief Narrative: On 05/29/2025 officers were called to a disturbance at 403 S Pine St. The victim reported that her husband, Hernan Serrano, pushed her down, wrapped his hands around her throat, and threatened to kill her. The victim reported that while Hernan's hands were around her neck it became difficult to breathe. The victim felt pain and had abrasions on her neck. Hernan was arrested and transported to Hall County Department of Corrections, where he was booked in without further issues.
