Brief Narrative: A search warrant was served at 214 Wainwright St. Evidence was collected from the residence that is related to previously reported burglaries. Christopher Martin was identified as a burglary suspect from both security videos and online marketplace postings. He was arrested for 2 separate burglary offenses, both of which occurred at Chief Buildings.

Offender: David Melgoza

Location of Incident: 3333 Ramada Rd
Brief Narrative: Melgoza was contacted and arrested after not paying for a rented hotel room from the prior evening. He was also found to have a fully extraditable warrant out of California. He was arrested for Theft of Services, less than $500 and Parole Violation, Robbery [California extraditable] Warrant #2503330990

Location of Incident: 3540 Prairieview St
Brief Narrative: On 06/04/2025, officers responded to 3540 Prairieview St, Allen Capital Group, regarding an attempted burglary. The reporting party advised there was damage to an employee entrance in which it appeared someone attempted to gain entry to the building. Case is open.
