Brief Narrative: On 2/26/2026 officers contacted Qasim Yusuf, in reference to a theft, at 2nd St and Lincoln Ave. Qasim was placed under arrest for possession of controlled substance.

Offense: Search Warrant Incident # L26022446
Person Involved: Emmanuel Arita, Grand Island

Location of Incident: W 5th Street
Brief Narrative: Emmanuel Arita was arrested during a search warrant at a residence on W 5th St. Arita was found to have employed a 16-year-old to distribute large quantities of Marijuana and THC products.
