Location of Incident: S Lincoln Ave
Brief Narrative: On 02/27/2026 around 22:34 hours Officers responded to a residence on S Lincoln Ave in reference to a domestic disturbance. After investigation Thomas Tockey was arrested and transported to Hall County Corrections without incident.

Brief Narrative: Officers responded to a domestic disturbance. Both male and female admitted to being in an intimate relationship having a child together. Female reported being injured and having her air cut off not being able to breath. Male reported being hit and scratched. Both parties were arrested.
