Brief Narrative: On 11/26/24 Officers were dispatched to 3720 W State Street, in reference to a custody dispute. Investigations made on scene concluded that a male, identified by a Nebraska driver’s license, as Adolfo Antonio Pablo had strangled a female in the residence, and Adolfo was arrested.

Offense: Stalking/Criminal Mischief
Victim: 46 yr old female Incident #: L24112486
Date and Time of Incident: 11/26/24 9:51 pm
Location of Incident: Inside City Limits
Brief Narrative: On 11/26/2024, officers responded to a criminal mischief call for service. Upon arrival, it was reported an adult male smashed out the rear window of the victim's vehicle with a piece of concrete. It is suspected an adult male, whom the victim was previously in an intimate relationship with, has been in constant telephonic communication with the victim, violating an active harassment protection order. While reviewing the messages sent to the victim, the suspect communicated information about the vehicles currently in her driveway. Case in under investigation.
