Brief Narrative: Reporting party came to the police station and reported that a customer had rent to own three electronic devices ($6,926.28) and made a few payments and now is refusing to make payments and will not return the items. Case is open.

Brief Narrative: A report of sexual assault of a child and child abuse was made in Grand Island NE. Case is open.

Offense: Burglary
Victim: 51 yr old male Incident #: L24121118
Date and Time of Incident: 12/13/24 @ 18:00
Location of Incident: 3509 De Ann Rd
Brief Narrative: On 12/14/2024 at approximately 1835 hours, Officers were dispatched to 3509 De Ann Rd. reference a burglary. Officers arrived and spoke with the homeowner who advised that
someone had broken into his residence sometime during the daytime and had taken numerous items. The items included a laptop computer valued at $220, a stereo value at $75, 2 power tool batteries valued at $45 each, and the homeowner's wallet containing personal items along with $100 cash. A jar containing approximately $150 in change was also taken from the residence.

Brief Narrative: On 12/14/24 at approximately 1753 hours Officers responded to 610 W Division Street (Hope Harbor), in reference to a threat. A female on scene stated that she had been threatened by another female whom she named. She stated the threats made her scared.
