Offense: Domestic Assault Incident # L26032416
Victim: 32 yr old female

Location of Incident: Sylvan St
Brief Narrative: An adult female contacted Police to report being strangled and her air closed, as well as being kicked and punched and a possible broken nose by assault. Female had injuries consistent with the wounds. The Victim’s boyfriend was contacted, resisted arrest and obstructed Officers. Male was arrested and booked.

Location of Incident: W 6th St
Brief Narrative: A search warrant was served at a residence on W 6th St. Joel Sican was found to be in possession of hundreds of THC Vape Devices and Marijuana. Joel Sican admitted to possessing the THC Vape Devices with the intent of selling them. Joel was also found to be in possession of cash which Joel admitted was partially from drug sales.

Offense: Felony Warrant Incident # L26032476
Person Involved: George Garcia, Louisiana
Date and Time Reported: 3/26/26 6:22 pm
Location of Incident: 111 Public Safety
Brief Narrative: George Garcia turned himself in at the Law Enforcement Center on several active
and confirmed Hall County Arrest Warrants. Garcia was taken into custody and booked into Hall
County Corrections. The warrants were cleared from NCIC.
