Location of Incident: 1424 W 2nd St
Brief Narrative: On 12-27-24 Kandi Turner was observed driving on 2nd St and pulling into a parking lot. Turner was verbally identified. While investigating another incident with her the odor of alcohol was smelled coming from her breath and Turner would admit to drinking a lot of alcohol. Turner refused to do SFST’s and provided a failing PBT. Turner was arrested and later consented to a test of her blood to determine the alcohol concentration. Turner was booked into Hall County Jail for
DUI 60-6,196 3A FO 4th offense.

Brief Narrative: Victim reported when dropping off an Amazon package, the offender made threatening statements to him that made him feel unsafe to return to his work building. Offender later located and arrested for Terroristic Threats 28-311.01 IIIA FO.

Brief Narrative: Aladaee Rivera Cintron was contacted during a suspicious call for service at 2515 Jan St, and found to have an active and confirmed Platte County Arrest Warrant. Aladaee was subsequently arrested and transported to the Department of Hall County Corrections and arrested for the Platte County Warrant CR21-32 (60-6,196- .15 (A) DUI-15+ W MO, 28-201(4)(A)- Attempt of a Class IIII FO- I MO, 60-6,186C3-Speeding 21-35 MPH Municipal- INF)

Brief Narrative: Victim reported his white 2014 Ford Focus was taken from his driveway. Victim had gone out to start the vehicle to go to work. When the victim went back out about a half hour later, the vehicle was gone. Case is open.

Brief Narrative: Report of a 2014 Hyundai Elantra being stolen. The owner had left it running so it would warm up when it was stolen.

Brief Narrative: Offender was located on the VA medical center property in the courtyard area. Offender's warrant was confirmed and transported to St. Francis for a medical clearance after being exposed to the cold, wearing only shorts and a hoodie while under the influence of
Methamphetamine. Offender later booked into the Hall County Jail on the Parole Violation Warrant NB393200 Class IV FO after being medically cleared.

Brief Narrative: Officers were detailed to 1022 Poplar St, reference a fraud. The victim reported he sent $3,487.60 to an unknown male impersonating his cousin.

Brief Narrative: On 12/28/2024, at approximately 2315, Officers were dispatched to 3721 W Capital Ave, Apartment D-301, in reference to a disturbance. Officers determined that a strangulation occurred, and the victim did not want to pursue charges.

Offender: Noel Martinez Perez

Location of Incident: 2620 W Faidley Ave
Brief Narrative: On 12/30/2024 at approximately 0134 hours, Officers responded to St. Francis Medical Center ER room #6, located at 2620 W Faidley Ave., for a report of an assault on a healthcare professional by a patient. Upon Officers arrival, two medical staff members advised that while treating a patient, later verbally identified as Noel Martinez Perez, they were kicked and kneed in the head and face. The first victim advised that while attempting to assist Perez to the bathroom, Perez kicked them in the head causing the victim pain without visible injury. The second victim advised that while attempting to tighten restrains on Perez, he would deliver a knee strike to the right side of the face causing pain with visible redness and swelling near the cheek. Perez was ultimately taken into custody for two counts of Assault on a Healthcare Professional.

Location of Incident: 303 S Kimball Ave
Brief Narrative: Victim reports that someone struck him with a baseball bat. The victim had a visible injury to his lip and back of his head. The suspect was unknown to him and has not been identified.
