Offense: Assault
Victim: 29 year old female & 30 year old male Incident #: L24061289
Offender: Joshua Rodenbaugh
Date and Time of Incident: 6/14/24 @ 18:30
Location of Incident: 116 E 3rd St
Brief Narrative: On 6/14/2024 Officers were dispatched to the area of 116 E 3rd St. reference a disturbance. Upon arrival, officers attempted contact with the male suspect, identified as Joshua Rodenbaugh. Rodenbaugh would walk away from officers and disobey commands to stop. Officers would attempted to stop the male who was advised he was not free to leave at the time. The male would pull away from Officers and begin to fight, obstructing and resisting officers while attempting to be place into handcuffs. During the struggle, Rodenbaugh would bite an Officer's hand causing less lethal means to be deployed but were ineffective. Offices would continue to go hands on and struggle with the male attempting to take him into custody. One Officer would sustain minor injury during the altercation. Another Officer would sustain serious injury. Additional Officers would arrive on scene and successfully get Rodenbaugh into custody. Rodenbaugh was charged with Obstructing a Police Officer, Resisting Arrest, 3rd Degree Assault on an Officer, and 1st Degree Assault on an Officer.

Location of Incident: Within City Limits
Brief Narrative: Child shared with counselor allegations of possible sexual abuse that happened 8 years ago. This child has not seen the suspect since she was 7 years old.

Offense: Protection Order Violation
Victim: 23 year old female Incident #: L24061337
Offender: Tyler Cross
Date and Time of Incident: 6/15/24 @ 11:47
Location of Incident: 844 Ridgewood Rd
Brief Narrative: On 6-15-24, female victim would report Tyler Cross had contacted her via text message on her phone. These messages were in regards to the victim’s dogs living at Cross’ mother’s house. There were multiple text messages back and forth between the victim and Cross from 6-15-24. Cross was contacted and admitted to sending text messages to the victim about the dogs. A record check showed Cross has a prior conviction for violation of protection order in Hall County 5-23-24. There is an active and served protection order from Hall County, served 02-11-24 with the victim as the respondent and Tyler Cross as the prohibited. Tyler is prohibited from making any communication with the victim as outlined in the protection order. Cross would be arrested for Violation of Harassment Protection Order, 1 Prior Conviction.

Offense: Weapon Offense
Victim: Incident #: L24061359
Offender: Justin Johnson
Date and Time of Incident: 6/15/24 @ 17:313
Location of Incident: 2805 W Capital Ave
Brief Narrative: On 06/15/2024 officers were dispatched to 2805 W Capital Ave regarding a weapons offense. Upon arrival, it was stated by the victims that Justin Johnson pointed, what they thought was a real, firearm at them and told them he was going to kill them. All four victims were in belief that Justin would actually shoot them and feared for their lives. A search of the residence later recovered a BB gun that matched the description provided by the victims. A BB gun is capable of producing a substantial risk of serious bodily injury if fired at persons. Justin Johnson was arrested for Terroristic Threats x4 and Use of a deadly weapon to commit a felony.

Offense: Shoplifting
Victim: Walmart N Incident #: L24061328
Offender: Mohamud Hussein
Date and Time of Incident: 6/15/24 @ 10:20
Location of Incident: 2250 N Diers Ave
Brief Narrative: Loss prevention reported a male to have selected merchandise from Walmart and left the store past the final point of sale without paying for it. The male fled the area as he left a piece of stolen merchandise behind from Menards. The suspect was later identified as Mohamud Hussein and placed under arrest due to being homeless and having several prior convictions. Mohamud was arrested and transported to HCC without incident for Theft by Shoplifting $0-500 3rd Offense and Tampering with Physical Evidence.

Victim: Incident #: L24061438
Offender: Edwin Miller
Date and Time of Incident: 6/16/24 @ 17:51
Location of Incident: 703 E 8th St
Brief Narrative: Officers were dispatched to a removal of subject at 803 E 7 St. Officers contacted the reporting party, Edwin Miller, who had an active felony warrant out of Dodge County, Nebraska. Miller was arrested for his warrant. During a search incident to arrest, officers located suspected methamphetamine in his pocket. He was transported to Hall County Corrections and arrested for the Dodge County Warrant and Possession of Controlled Substance.

Offense: Burglary
Victim: 26 year old female, 30 year old female Incident #: L24061462
Date and Time of Incident: 6/17/24 @ 00:01
Location of Incident: 510 E 15th St
Brief Narrative: On 06/17/2024 at 0132 hours officers responded to 510 15th St. E. for a reported burglary. On scene contact was made with renters. Victim relayed that someone entered their home, without permission through a locked door, between the hours of 2030-2300 hours stole approximately $330.00 dollars worth of items. The investigation is on going.
