Brief Narrative: On 11/18/2025 around 1659 hrs, an officer conducted a traffic stop in the area of Capital Ave and Sycamore St. Charlie Red was contacted in the vehicle and did not have a driver's
license. Charlie was placed under arrest for:

Offender: Nixon Perez Villeda

Brief Narrative: It was reported that a male over the age of 19 subjected a juvenile female 14 or younger to sexual contact. After further investigation the suspect, Nixon Perez Villeda, was arrested for:

Brief Narrative: On 11-18-2025 at approximately 06:35 hours a red Jeep Grand Cherokee was observed passing vehicles while westbound on Faidley Ave. from Webb Rd. in excess of the posted 30 MPH speed limit with no lights on. A traffic stop was attempted where the vehicle failed to stop at the red light at Hwy 281 and continued passing vehicles at a high rate of speed. The traffic stop was discontinued.
