Carlos was arrested for Hall County Warrant: CR21-713 [Probation violation - Possession of controlled substance 29-2266 / F IV]. Brief Narrative: On 08/27/2025 Officers responded to 3526 Curran Ave Unit #2 in reference to an assault. After investigation a male was arrested, and his intimate partner was cited. Nathan Shank arrested for Assault by Strangulation or Suffocation and DV Assault-3rd/Cause Bodily Injury.
Autumn Noojin cited for DV Assault-3rd/Cause Bodily Injury.

Brief Narrative: On 08/26/2025, officer responded to a report of drugs being located in the employee bathroom at 2121 N Broadwell Ave. Upon arrival, the officer observed video footage of Tina Wells carrying a green and white bag to the restroom. A baggy of methamphetamine and a methamphetamine pipe in a green and white baggy was located in the restroom. Tina later admitted to owning the green and white baggy and using drugs. Tina was arrested for Possession of Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

Brief Narrative: On 08/26/2025 at 1359 hrs, officers were dispatched to 806 Clark St S; Arby's Management Offices for a reported theft call for service. A report of a loss of $8,270.02 was taken. Case is open.
