Brief Narrative: On 01-29-2025 at approximately 15:51 hours, a suspicious call was dispatched to 2521 Brahma St. Grand Island Nebraska where the reporting party advised two unknown males were taking photos of her residence. The males were also associated with a Grey Chevy Impala.
Upon arrival two males were contacted outside the residence. The male who was in the vehicle was identified as Jack Nietzke and the other male was also identified by an Officer, who would advised the male he contacted him told him there were drugs in the vehicle or on Jack. Jack was asked to step out of the vehicle, and pat searched for weapons. A folding knife was observed on the seat cushion where Jack was seated. A search of Jack's person led to the discovery of a white crystalline substance in plastic baggy, a Skol brand tin with white crystalline substance and a small metal scooping spoon with white crystalline residue was collected. The white crystalline substance is known and identified as Methamphetamine through a TruNarc test. The combined weight of the Methamphetamine was 2.5 grams. Jack was placed under arrest for Possession of Controlled Substance (METH) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
