Offender: Pedro Juarez Gutierrez

Location of Incident: 823 W 5th St
Brief Narrative: Officers were dispatched to 823 5th St, reference an assault. The victim stated his roommate Pedro Juarez Gutierrez, assaulted him while they were drinking inside their residence. The victim reported Pedro punched him in the mouth with a closed fist, and then hit him with a beer bottle on top of his left eyebrow. Officers observed fresh blood on the victim's mouth and a small laceration on the top of his left eyebrow. Officers observed Pedro to have fresh blood on both of his hands, and stated the blood was the victims. Pedro was transported to SFMC for a medical clearance due to a failing PBT. Pedro was arrested for Assault Second Degree.

Victim: 52 year old male Incident #: L24062236
Date and Time of Incident: 6/25/24 @ 01:42
Location of Incident: 1120 S Pine St
Brief Narrative: On 06/25/2024, officers were dispatched to 1120 S Pine St reference a burglary call, which was not in progress. Upon arrival, officers contacted the homeowner, who advised there were belongings out of place, chewed on, and destroyed. Additionally, the victim was unable to locate his checkbook while speaking with officers.
