Brief Narrative: On 02/10/2025, Luis Jacobo was observed to walk into 410 E 4th Street; El Tucanazo. Luis is known to have multiple active Hall County warrants. Luis was contacted and located inside the walk-in fridge in the restaurant. Luis's warrants were confirmed, and he was arrested:

Brief Narrative: On 02-11-2025 at approximately 0258 hours, officers responded to a report of a stolen vehicle. An adult female advised that she was delivering newspapers at 416 Windolph Ave when someone jumped into her 2007 Pontiac G6 and drove off. Case is open.

Brief Narrative: A juvenile female reported that she was sexually assaulted by a 34 year old male within the city limits of Grand Island when she was fifteen years of age. Case is open.
