Date and Time of Incident: 9/11/25 1:30 am
Location of Incident: 2300 N Webb Rd
Brief Narrative: Victim reported that she was with a group of people in the Harbor Freight parking lot at 1:30 am. A truck drove by them and a passenger in the backseat pointed a black handgun with a green laser pointer at them. The victim was frightened and yelled at everyone to get down. The truck then drove away. Case is under investigation. Terroristic Threats 28-311.01 FO III
